Our classes are all online providing you with the flexibility to learn from anywhere. They are live and happen on a weekly basis, conducted via Zoom and the students have access to their course contents in our learning platform. For your privacy and GDPR reasons, our sessions are not recorded, but we provide plenty of specially designed materials, including activities and examples, that help you stay on track, even if you have to miss a class.

We specialize in teaching both Brazilian and European Portuguese separately, so you can choose the variant that best suits your needs. Our courses are led by experienced Portuguese language specialists from Brazil and Portugal, each with extensive experience in teaching Portuguese as a foreign language.

We keep our groups small—no more than 8 students—ensuring that everyone has plenty of opportunities to participate and speak Portuguese with their mates and teacher in order to have a more personalized attention. Private and semi-private classes are also available. So we would advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.

Yes, we use a learning platform to deliver all the content included in the course and make it easy for you to submit your weekly small assignments. These assignments are designed to be manageable, allowing you to practice what you've learned and receive personalized feedback from your teacher that helps you improve step by step.

In addition, you have access to short videos as part of the class, assignment or on the video library in the learning platform. The videos are well researched and selected by our educational team to adequate each of the levels and the themes studied in class. They reinforce the material covered in class, making it easier for you to grasp and retain new concepts. This way you not only keep up with the class but also deepen your understanding of the language at your own pace.

They are 75 minutes long through Zoom, one evening per week. Weekly group classes run on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and the term is for 8 weeks (10 hours in total). Find the timetable for next term by selecting Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese here.

Unfortunately, no.

The course must be paid for in full in advance, while booking the course you will be prompted to pay for it also.

There is no discount or refund for missed classes.

If the course doesn't happen due to lack of demand, all fees will be refunded

Unfortunately we only teach Portuguese to adults.
